Suetonius quotes at Tiberius 21. 4–7 a number of passages from letters of Augustus to Tiberius showing the high regard in which he professed to hold him, despite his reservations about the darker side of his character, once he had decided to adopt him ‘rei publicae causa’ in a.d 4. They seem to have attracted little critical comment, although Seager connects them with the handling by Tiberius of the Pannonian revolt in a.d. 6–9. suggesting that in view of their fulsome character they were probably written towards the end of this period, when the crisis was past, rather than earlier when Augustus may (Dio 55.31) have been critical of Tiberius’ caution in prosecuting the war. But he does not attempt a more detailed appraisal of the possible dates of the individual letters quoted. Sections 21. 4 and 5 in particular present interesting textual difficulties, mainly arising from the transmission of Greek in a predominantly Latin text: this article discusses these with a view to throwing greater light on the historical significance of the letters. First, the text, to which I have appended a limited apparatus which concentrates on the points of greatest difficulty (the manuscript references are as in Ihm's edition).The Chinese character 夭(yɑō) in the scriptions on the turtoise shells in Yin Dynasty is just like the drawing of a man running with his arms swaying.Through the evolution in the dynasties of Shang,Zhou and Qin,it becomes the character writen in the form of 夭 today.In Zhou Dynasty,a Chinese character 止(zhǐ) is added 夭 on the top,thus derived the character 走(zǒu,means walk or run).The character 示orinally was the pictograph of the ancient memorial tablet in a temple,and from the same origin,the characters 主 and are derived.The character 眚 and 省 are originated from the same source in ancient times.The meaning of the character 眚 can be guessed from the character 目 in it and the character 生 shows it prounciation.The orinal denotation of the character is to inspect and to examine oneself critically.

there have been three different views with regard to the official character state of Remarks on the Character Structure: lesser character theory, ancient writings theory, and comprehensive theory. Reasonable as the former two are, they are biased. Comparatively, the third theory conforms to what Remarks on the Character Structure is about, though it is short of deep investigations and overlooks the historical role Xu Shen played in the formation of character in his works. The official character system as in Remarks on the Character Structure is the result of Xu Shen's effort in standardizing all character materials he has collected and is a new character system totally different from all previous ones. Xu Shen named it seal character.

This research focuses on process of identifying the main character’s character development starts by unravelling (1) the characterizations of the main character; (2) the conflicts experienced by the main character; and (3) the character development of main character. The researcher uses the theory of Petrie & Boggs to define character, conflict, and character development. Qualitative descriptive methods and analysis content are used to analyze deep problems to find the answers. The result showed that the conflicts happened to the main character are coming from internal conflict between Cruella and herself and external conflicts between Cruella and Catherine, Baroness, and the society. In this paper , by analysing the three mension character of RD body: statistic character、system character and capability character, We draw: when the enterprises correspond to three mension character, it is very RD body. The enterprises in Heilongjiang correspond to statistic character, but don't correspond to system character and capability character.
