Abstract:
Before modeling basic hypotheses were determined firstly according to realistic status of network information diffusion. Then based on above hypotheses the mode of network information diffusion was analyzed, including its information amount, which provided the quantitative basis to describe the effect of network dimension-force. Then the cycle of network information diffusion was analyzed, and emphasis was put on cycle structure, information attainable stage, information adoptable stage and information secondary transfer stage. On that basis, we determined the principle and method of using the D-value (difference value) of diffusion stage to describe the effect of network dimension-force, and established network information diffusion model. Simulation was performed with practical data, and confirmed the effectiveness of the established model.Keywords:

The spirit of 21st century is innovation, and innovation can't do without the involvement of innovate people. For this reason, teachers should try to cultivate students' innovation qualities in classroom teaching. This paper discusses that classroom teaching must cultivate students' innovation qualities, based on which, focuses on seven dimensions of the transport innovation and quality training of personnel, including: ideological dimension, the concept of dimension, theoretical dimension, moral dimension, the method dimension, contextual dimension, practical dimension.

The use of an artificial basis for the simplex method was suggested in an early paper by Dantzig. The idea is based on an observation that certain bases, which differ only in a relatively few columns from the true basis, may be easily inverted. Such artificial bases can then be exploited when carrying out simplex iterations. This idea was originally suggested for solving structured linear programming problems, and several approaches, such as Beale's method of pseudo-basic variables, have indeed been presented in the literature.
In this paper, we shall not consider the structure explicitly; rather its exploitation in our case is expected to result directly from the choice of an artificial basis. We shall consider this basis to remain unchanged over a number of simplex iterations. In particular, this basis may be chosen as the true basis which has been most recently reinverted. In such a case our approach yields an interpretation for a basis representation recently proposed by Bisschop and Meeraus who point out very favorable properties regarding the build-up of nonzero elements in the basis representation.
Our approach utilizes an auxiliary basis, which is small relative to the true basis, and whose dimension may change from one iteration to another. We shall finally develop an updating scheme for a product form representation of the inverse of such an auxiliary basis.

In the field of vocational education,Jiang Nanping is the advocate of wide basis while Zhang Jian first used architectural basis concept against wide basis,then put forward the concept of root basis which is completely separated from wide basis.This paper holds that wide basis and root basis both belong to biological basis concept.There is no need to separate wide basis from root basis.The aim of emphasizing the building of wide basis is to serve the flexible career life in the growth period of vocational schools and to increase the school attraction.Such wide basis is necessary for degree-based vocational education.

For visual feedback without geometric features, the Walsh basis is superior to other basis with respect that we can design the spatial resolution. However, the standard Walsh basis can not achieve high input output linearity in general. In this paper we propose a new basis selection method that achieve high input output linearity. By using a sloshing experimental setup, the validity of the proposed method is confirmed via comparisons between the standard Walsh basis and the new Walsh basis by the new basis selection method.

The purpose of this note is to introduce interesting and useful properties differential-basis and p-basis in theorem 3.3. The result gives a existence differential basis of $S^P$ [$[{\Lambda}_1]$ ](S) which has a p-basis over $S^p$ ($S^p[{\Lambda}_1]$ ).

A new approach for generating Gaussian basis sets is reported and tested for atoms from H to Ne. The basis sets thus calculated, named SIGMA basis sets, range from DZ to QZ sizes and have the same composition per shell as Dunning basis sets but with different treatment of the contractions. The standard SIGMA basis sets and their augmented versions have proven to be very suitable for providing good results in atomic and molecular calculations. The performance of the new basis sets is analyzed in terms of total, correlation, and atomization energies, equilibrium distances, and vibrational frequencies in several molecules, and the results are compared at several computational levels with those obtained with the corresponding Dunning and other basis sets.
