The study of higher vocational college students'school adaptability at present is more concentrated on freshmen' school adaptability, learning adaptability and human relations, but in the light of concerning studies, the adaptability also includes role adaptability, adaptability of looking after oneself in one's daily life, total acception to the environment and adaptability of choosing occupation, except for this three aspects. However, the four aspects of higher vocational college students themselves, college, society and family are important factors which affect students' adaptability.

Background: Gait plays a vital role in our activities of daily living. Many neurological and non-neurological conditions have gait as one of the complication. Optical streaming is a modified and simpler version of virtual reality that can be used in gait rehabilitation with gait deficits Objectives: The aim of this study is to find out the influence of optical streaming treadmill walking on gait parameters in healthy individuals. Materials and methods: An observational study. 348 healthy participants were included, where all the participants had undergone three phases of the study i.e. normal walking, treadmill walking and optical streaming with treadmill walking. Video recording with Kinovia software to identify the gait parameter variation in phase II and III whereas self-prepared feedback questionnaire was prepared for influence of optical streaming and comfortness Results: There is a significant difference in distance covered between phase II and Phase III. There was no significant difference in gait parameters like stride lengths, step length and width of Phase II and Phase III. Whereas there was a positive correlation between Phase II and Phase III step length (p=0.001) and stride length (p=0.003). Conclusion: Treadmill walking with optical streaming has a positive influence on gait and level of comfortness as compare to only Treadmill walking. Also optical streaming with treadmill walking can be one of the alternative techniques for gait training.

Based on an empirical analysis on a sample composed of 392 undergraduate students from Chongqing's six universities,we find that occupational adaptability can be divided into five dimensionalities, named study and skill adaptability, intercommunicate adaptability, occupational consciousness adaptability and career choose adaptability, environment adaptability. We analyze the differences in occupational adaptability for the different types of students, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures to improve the students' occupational adaptability.

Investigation on environmental adaptability of special vehicle engine is scarce and its current evaluation system is unjustifiable in our country. Based on the fuzzy evaluation theory, referenced the criterion of American army environmental adaptability experiment, the paper determined the engine environmental adaptability evaluation fuzzy sets, baseline vectors and weight coefficients by the methods of hierarchical analysis and expert scoring. Then an environmental adaptability evaluation model was established to analyze and evaluate the engine environmental adaptability of the typical areas. The results indicate that the environmental adaptability of Bange in Tibet province rank "poor", Turpan in Tibet province rank "good", and Mohe in Heilongjiang province rank "average".

In order to evaluate the eco-economic adaptability of crops production, the concepts and calculative methods of ecological potential capacity and market potential capacity were put forward, the dynamic threshold value system of the indexes for the eco-economic adaptability of different crop-region combinations was established, the calculative method of the single ecoeconomic adaptability indexes, the comprehensive eco-economic adaptability indexes which reflects the principle of minimum factor and the apparent eco-economic adaptability indexes and the regional comprehensive apparent eco-economic adaptability indexes which reflects practical situation of crops production were built up.12 representative counties in Jiangsu Province were selected to analysis, and 77 combinations of eco-economic adaptability indexes, apparent eco-economic adaptability indexes of crop-region and 12 regional comprehensive apparent eco-economic adaptability indexes were obtained.By comparative analysis, the result could be used as guidance for preferential order of productive arragement of crops among different regions. The method could be used as eco-economic adaptability for different crop-region combinations.

Abstract Understanding the changes induced by body weight support (BWS) systems when non-disabled adults walk can help develop appropriate rehabilitation protocols. The purpose of this study was to investigate spatial-temporal gait alterations during walking with BWS on a treadmill and over the ground. Fourteen non-disabled young adults (including seven women) walked over the ground and on a treadmill with 0%, 10%, and 20% of BWS at 80% of their self-selected comfortable walking speed (baseline). The stride length and speed, step length, and stance and double-limb support durations were calculated and compared among the different conditions. The non-disabled adults modulated their spatial-temporal gait parameters according to the surface and percentage of BWS. They walked with shorter and slower strides and shorter steps and spent more time in contact with the support surface as they walked on the treadmill than as they did over the ground. Walking on the treadmill promoted less variability and a higher rate of change than did walking over the ground. Both the surface and amount of BWS should be taken into consideration when using BWS systems for (re)learning and/or reestablishing gait.
