Objective To study the effect of cyclosporin A,stanozolol and Yixuesheng capsule in treatment of aplastic anemia.Methods 64 patients with aplastic anemia were randomly divided into treatment group(n=32)and control group(n=32).The treatment group was treated by cyclosporin A,stanozolol and Yixuesheng capsule,and the control group treated by stanozolol.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 87.50% and 62.50%,respectively(P0.05).The adverse reaction rate of the treatment group and the control group were 21.88% and 28.13%,respectively(P0.05).Conclusion It is safe and effective to treat aplastic anemia with cyclosporin A,stanozolol and Yixuesheng capsule.

Abstract The abuse of stanozolol is quite widespread in Indian sport. Its analysis is challenging and this has led to the development of new methods to improve its detection. A method was developed and validated for the detection of the three main monohydroxylated metabolites of stanozolol. The excretion profile of these metabolites was studied in four healthy male volunteers. The excretion study samples, after a single oral dose of drug, showed that 3′‐OH‐stanozolol was excreted at the highest concentration, followed by 16β‐OH stanozolol, with 4β‐OH stanozolol as the least excreted. Ninety‐eight old doping samples with adverse analytical findings for 3′‐OH‐stanozolol were reanalysed using this method. This showed 3′‐OH‐stanozolol and 16β‐OH stanozolol in all the 98 samples whereas 4β‐OH‐stanozolol was identified in 90 samples. The percentage of positive identifications of stanozolol in Indian sportspeople has increased markedly in the last five years, from 31.9% in 2004 to 81.8% in 2009; however, this may be due to the more effective detection of stanozolol metabolites. It can thus be concluded that the marked increase in percent positive of stanozolol in Indian sportspersons in 2009 may be due to the improved detection by a more effective LCMS/MS method. Objective To explore the effects of stanozolol tablets joint ciclosporine capsules in the treatment of chronic aplastic anemia.Methods 60 cases of chronic aplastic anemia were divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group received stanozolol tablets;the observation group received stanozolol tablets joint ciclosporine capsules.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 86.67%,higher than the control group,which was 63.33%,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion The curative effects of stanozolol tablets joint ciclosporine capsules in the treatment of chronic aplastic anemia were reliable.

A new and rapid microwave assisted derivatization method for the determination of fatty acids in edible oil by GC MS was developed. The optimum conditions for derivatization, such as the derivatization solvent composition, microwave assisted derivatization pressure and time were studied for KOH methanol and H 2SO 4 methanol systems. The experimental results were compared with those obtained by traditional method of normal temperature derivatization .The applied range of the two derivatization systems was also discussed in detail. The derivatization was accomplished in 1 minute. Heptane was used as extraction solvent. The method is rapid, efficient, accurate and solvent saving.

Objective:To study the effect of cyclosporine A(CsA)combined stanozolol on chronic aplastic anaemia(CAA).Method:stanozolol alone or combined with CsA for the treatment of CAA was compared randomly.Result:The efficacy of stanozolol combined with CsA(86.7%)was higher than that of stanozolol alone(56.2%).Conclusion:stanozolol combined with CsA had a much better efficacy than that of stanozolol alone in the treatment of CAA.
