    Abstract:
Plasma cell granuloma is a rare benign lesion characterized by the infiltration of plasma cells; primarily occurring in the lungs. It is also seen to occur in the brain, kidney stomach, heart, and so on. In the intraoral region it is seen to involve the tongue, oral mucosa, and gingiva. This case presents a 42-year-old female, with an enlargement in the maxillary anterior region, treated by excisional biopsy. Histological evaluation revealed plasma cell infiltrates in the connective tissue. The immunohistochemistry revealed kappa and lambda light chains with a polyclonal staining pattern, which confirmed the diagnosis of plasma cell granuloma.

A young male aged 20 years had resection of the upper lobe of right lung for plasma cell granuloma. Five years later he developed three lesions in the brain, one of which was resected. Brain lesion showed similar histopathological picture. A unique case of plasma cell granuloma involving more than one organ is reported.

Plasma cell granuloma of the breast is an extremely rare condition. Only one other case has been reported in the literature. We report here the second case of plasma cell granuloma of the breast. After the initial excision, the lesion recurred in both breasts after 5 months.

Gingival Plasma Cell Granuloma (GPCG) is a rare benign lesion, which is considered within the so-called pseudotumors. In other specialties it is known as plasma cell granuloma. Histologically characterized by dense inflammatory cells infiltrates, mainly plasma cells. This manuscript presents the case of a 75 year-old woman, with a tumor in the upper alveolar region of the oral cavity. The final diagnosis corresponds to GGCP. Successfully treated with surgery, without recurrences. It is important to know this pathological entity to differentiate it form other oral cavity tumors with malignant behavior.

Plasma cell granulomas of the lung are usually benign tumors found incidentally on chest x-ray film, though some have been found to be locally invasive. Our report of a plasma cell granuloma recurring 11 years after the initial resection emphasizes that complete surgical resection should be done whenever possible.

Plasma cell granuloma is extremely rare in the oral cavity. This paper reports a case of plasma cell granuloma in the oral cavity and reviews the literature. In this case, the plasma cell granuloma occurred in the gingiva, which was bright red and granular. The lesion was resected and diagnosed as gingival plasma cell granuloma by clinical pathological examination. Four months follow-up after operation surgery showed no signs of recurrence. Although gingival plasma cell granuloma is rare, it is easily confused with related diseases and should be identified and followed up closely.

Plasma cell granuloma (PCG) are uncommon non-neoplastic masses of unknown etiology, characterized histologically by proliferation of connective tissue with an inflammatory infiltrate of mononuclear elements1,2. They occur more commonly in the lung and conducting airways, but can also be seen in other tissues, such as the meninges3 […] Intracranial cell plasma granuloma
