Activity of endoglucanase, exoglucanase, cellobiase and filter paper enzyme of four kinds of commercial cellulases were evaluated.Sources of cellulases were mixed, and enzyme activities of these mixtures were then determined. The impact of surfactants on the enzyme activity was studied as well. Results showed that cellobiase was the key factor to the total complex cellulase system.Additionally, the endoglucanases, exoglucanases and cellobiases from different complex cellulase systems were able to act as isoenzymes. The effect of surfactant on the cellulase activity varied with the concentration of the surfactant.Surfactant Tween 80 was added to two of the mixed cellulases in a concentration of 0.01%,which increased the cellulase activity and hastened the degradation of cellulose.

Cellulase is a kind of enzyme which can decompound fiber into glucose. One of the best ways to deal with fiber offal is use cellulase. This paper summarise the structue of cellulase, the degradation mechanism, the extraction and application of cellulase.Besides,we also do some expectation about the development of cellulase.

Pure cotton fabric was pretreated with cellulase enzyme (Neutrox BDN 100 Powder) and the enzymatic conditions were optimized. These included pH of media 7, enzyme concentration 5% (o.w.f) and the treatment time of 75 minutes, optimized on the basis of effect of pre-treatment on physical properties. The cellulase treatment produces fabric which is more absorbent.

Adding some auxiliaries to the cellulase solution, the cellulase activity was detected by CMC method and filter paper method. Therefore the effects of auxiliaries on cellulase activity can be analyzed. The cellulase promoters are obtained and the optimized compound cellulase preparation for textile finishing is defined.

Two extracellular cellulases active on carboxymethylcellulose have been isolated from the culture supernatant of Sporocytophaga myxococcoides by a series of gel-filtration and ion-exchange chromatography steps. Cellulase II, being present in highest amount, had a molecular weight determined by gel electrophoresis of 52000, pI 4.75 and a relatively broad pH optimum (5.5--7.5). Cellulase I had a molecular weight of 46000. pI was 7.5 and the pH optimum 6.5--7.5. Both cellulases had a very low carbohydrate content, possibly present as impurities. They had fairly similar amino acid compositions. The specific acitivity of cellulase I was about 6 times higher than that of cellulase II. Both cellulases acted as endoglucanases. A cell-associated cellulase, present in amounts corresponding to about 10% of total activity, was partly purified. It showed similarities with cellulase II.
[Objective] This study aimed to screen a cellulase producing filamentous fungus and investigate the yielding conditions and celluase activity.[Method] A total of 25 filamentous fungus were screened out from Bohai Bay,and one producing cellulase was obtained through Congo red transparent circle method and cellulase activity assay. After that, optimum conditions were examined for cellulase producing and catalyzing.[Result] CMC-Na could induce ZDTJ097-1-(7) strain to produce filter paper cellulase,CMC cellulase and β-glucosidase.The optimum conditions for ZDTJ097-1-(7) to produce enzymes were 0.5% CMC-Na,0.2% NH4NO3,pH 6.0 at 25 ℃.[Conclusion] This study provided reference for further development and utilization of cellulase producing fungus ZDTJ097-1-(7).

The technical factors of total flavonoids content by cellulase extraction from Chrysanthemum,it including:the addition of cellulase, cellulase treatment time, cellulase treatment temperature and pH.The extraction rate of optimized condition was determined by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. UV-Spectrophotometry was used for the determination of total flavonoids content. The optimum cellulase extraction process condition were:the addition of cellulase was 0.5%,cellulase treatment time was 2.5 h, cellulase treatment temperature was 55℃,cellulase treatment pH was 5.0.Under these conditions, the extraction rate of total flavonoids increase 19.2%contrast the control group.
