Abstract:
Our health care systems are becoming increasingly complex, integrated and therefore unmanageable by traditional methods. Also new methods of health care delivery are subjects of experimentation, especially those methods giving increased emphasis to preventive medicine and primary health care. The need for a systematic approach to planning such systems is augmented by their rapidly escalating operational costs. Mathematical modelling of the system elements' functional properties allows the generation of a macromodel involving the flows of demands and resources, which can be useful for planning purposes over a time span of five to ten years. Computer simulation runs can quickly compare many different strategies for their effect on system performance provided that adequate data are available on the unit cost distributions and effectiveness. The choice of flow parameters is discussed and also the difficult problems of resource allocation and appropriate measures of system performance.Unit 1: Living Online Unit 2: Study and Education Unit 3: Work Choices Unit 4: The World of Sports Unit 5: Travel Unit 6: Comparing Cultures Unit 7: Listening to Advice Unit 8: Remarkable People Unit 9: That's Entertainment Unit 10: Fashion and Trends Unit 11: A Mysterious World Unit 12: True Life Stories

참여자가 ‘Frog, where are you?’(Mayer, 1969) 그림책의 내용을 듣고 회상산출한 발화를 T-unit, C-unit, AS-unit으로 구문을 분석하였다.

The act and will of unit are two very important concepts in unit crime. It is quite necessary to clarify the issues such as the composition of the act of unit, the limitation of unit act and individual act,the reflection of unit act as a whole, and the interest of unit as a group.
