Objective To investigate the efficacy of Mind-body reiaxing therapy in treating anxiety-depression in middle-age patients with acute stroke. Methods 6 middle-age patients with acute stroke were randomly divided into two groups, all patients were treated with regular medicine and nursing care,40 patients of therapy group were added with Mind-body relaxing therapy, another 36 patients for controls. The Hamilton rating Scale for Depression(HAMD) and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA) scores were observed and compared in all patients after 4 weeks. Results The HAMD scores were significantly different after 4 weeks therapy in two groups (HAMD:P0.01,HAMA:P0.05).Conclusions Mind-body relaxing therapy is an effective therapy in treating anxiety-depression in middle-age patients with acute stroke.

Objective To discuss the effect of shuganjieyu capsule combined with paroxetine in the treatment of senile depression. Methods 90 cases of patients with senile depression were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, esch of 45 cases. Treatment group was treated with shuganjieyu capsule combined with paroxetine. Control group was treated with paroxetine alone. The Hamilton Depression Rating Scale( HAMD) and the Hamilton Anxiety Scale( HAMA) were used to observe the effectiveness. Results After 6 weeks treatment, the total effective rate of treatment group was 86. 7% higer than 66. 7% of control group, the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05); the HAMD and HAMA scores were decreased in both groups, compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 01). In the first and second weekend, the difference of the HAMD and HAMA scores between the two groups was no statistically significant( P 0. 05). In the fourth and sixth weedend, the HAMD and HAMA scores of treatment group were both lower than control group, the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 01). Conclusion The treatment of shugan jieyu capsule combined with paroxetine in senile epression has better clinical efficacy and less adverse reactions, has some clinical value.

Objective: To observe the clinical effectiveness of cognitive behavioral therapy(CBT) combined with sertraline in the treatment of depression.Methods:Sixty-two cases of depression were randomly divided into two groups. The drug group was given oral administration of sertraline, and combination group given CBT besides sertraline. Before and after treatment, the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA) were used to assess the clinical effectiveness. Results:After treatment for 4 and 8 weeks, the HAMD and HAMA scores showed a declined trend as compared with those before treatment(P0.05),and those in the combination group were significantly lower than in the drug group(P0.05).Eight months after treatment HAMD and HAMA scores in the combination group were significantly lower than in the drug group(P0.01).Conclusion:CBT can significantly improve the clinical effectiveness and long-term efficacy of patients with depression.

Objective
To observe the therapeutic effect of sertraline combined with brain function treatment instrument for depressive episodes.
Methods
According to sequence of hospitalization, 80 patients with depression without severe physical disease randomly divided into sertraline with brain function treatment group (40 cases, group A) and only take sertraline group (40 cases, group B), and two groups were given Sertraline 100 mg/day for 8 weeks. 24 Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-24) and 20 Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS-20) were assessed before and after 1, 2, 4, 6, 8 weekend treatment.
Results
The scores of HAMD-24 and SDS-20 were not significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05), but there were statistically significant after treatment (P<0.05). They were significantly decreased after 8 weeks treatment in group A and were decreased slightly in group B with HAMD-24 and SDS-20.Clinical efficiencies of HAMD of the two groups were 87.2 %, 76.3 %, respectively, and those of SDS were 89.7 %, 78.9 %, respectively. Clinical efficacy in group A was significantly better than that in group B (P<0.05).
Conclusion
Sertraline with brain function treatment instrument can shorten the onset time and improve its effect.

Objective To explore the impact of dialectic nursing on recent and long- term emotional disorders of patients after Hemorrhagic stroke. Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 60 patients in each group. The patients in control group received neural routine treatment and nursing, the patients in experimental group received dialectic nursing on the basis of neural routine treatment and nursing. The Hamilton Anxiety scale( HAMA) and the Hamilton Depression scale( HAMD) were used to evaluate the severity of the patients with anxiety and depression. Results 1and 6 months after discharge, the HAMA and HAMD scores of experimental group were lower than that of control group. The comparison with groups showed that : 1 and 6 months after discharge two groups of HAMA and HAMD scores were lower than that of the first week in hospital; 6 months after discharge two groups of HAMA and HAMD scores were lower than that of 1 month after discharge. Conclusion Dialectic nursing can alleviate the degree of recent and long- term anxiety and depression of patients after Hemorrhagic stroke and the effects increased with the increase of time.

Objective Observe the effects of psychotherapy add trazodone in treating the hypertension patients with anxiety and depression. Methods 92 hypertension patients which HAMD scale over 17 or HAMA scale over 14, were divided into three groups:group A remained their antihypertension therapy;group B:antihypertension therapy added psychotherapy;group C:antihypertension therapy added psychotherapy and use trazodone 50~150mg/d. The course was 4 weeks. Results After 4 weeks, the change of systolic and diastolic pressure showed significant difference between group C-B (p0.01) and group C-A (p0.001). The reduced scale of HAMD and HAMA showed significant difference between group C-A (p0.001,p0.05) and C-B (p0.01,p0.001). Conclusions Psychotherapy and trazodone show good assistant for the hypertension patients with anxiety and depression.

Objective To investigate the correlation between anxiety, depression and chronic urticaria. Methods Thirty-six patients with chronic urticaria(group A),26patients with superficial fungal infection(group B)and30normal controls(group C)were surveyed using4psychological questionnaires:self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),self-rating depression scale(SDS),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD).Results The scores of SAS,HAMA,SDS,HAMD in3groups showed statistically significant differences(P0.01).The scores of SAS,HAMA,SDS,HAMD in group A were significantly higher(P0.01)than those of Group C;The scores of SAS,HAMA,SDS,HAMD in group B and group C showed no significant differences(P0.05).More chronic urticaria patients(25.0%)had anxiety symptoms(HAMA score14)than those of group C(3.3%,P 0.05).More patients in group A(33.3%)had depression symptoms(HAMD score17)than group C(6.7%,P0.01).The differences of anxiety and depression symptoms between group B and group C were not statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion The onset and delayed cure of some chronic urticaria may be related to anxiety and depression.

OBJECTIVE To explore the efficacy between mirtapine and sertraline treatment of menopause depression.METHODS A total of 64 patients with menopause depression were randomly divided into study group with mirtapine and control group with sertraline for the treatment of 6 weeks. They were assessed using Hamilton Rating Scale of depression(HAMD),and Treatment Emergent Side Effect Scale(TESS).RESULTS The response rate and remissionrate were 84.38% and 53.13% for mirtapine group and were 81.25%and 46.87% for sertraline group respectively, without ststistically significant difference between two groups. In the 1nd and 2nd weekend, the scores of HAMD in mirtapine group were significantly lower than those beforetreatment(P0.01).But not in TESS for all times(P0.05).CONCLUSION The efficacy of both groups are similar, but mirtapine is safe, effective and take into effect take into effect fast.
