Objective: To study the clinical effects of Xiangsha Zhizhu pills combined with Baohe pills in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods: 50 cases of pediatric patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into two groups: observation group and control group.Each group had 25 cases.Observation group was given Xiangsha Zhizhu pills and Baohe pills,three times per day,one pill or two pills per time.Three-weeks was the treatment course.The control group was given Baohe pills,three times a day with one or two pills per time.There were three courses,and three weeks was one treatment.Results: After treatment for half a month,the total curative rate of the observation group was 84%,of the control group was 72%.After treatment for one month,the total curative rate of the observation group was 92%,of the control group was 76%.The total curative rate of the observation group was higher than the total curative in the control group,the difference was obvious,the results had statistically significance(P 0.05).Two groups did not produce adverse reactions.Conclusion: The effects of Baohe pills combined with Xiangsha Zhizhu pill in children with functional dyspepsia is significantly better than the treatment with Baohe pills.Xiangsha Zhizhu combined with Baohe pills has fewer adverse reactions,and this therapy is suitable for promotion in clinical applications.
