We always use timeline to describe time, but timeline unable to describe dynamic time. Because dynamic time is on changing, so timeline must be changing too, but it is impossible. Timeline includes layers, relationships existed between layers. If we changed a layer, the others need to be fixed too. Timeline can not make it up automatically, human being must take the work, therefore real-time-changing becomes impossible. It is no matter for film making, but internet needs instant responding, timeline can not cover it. Here we show a new structure called timetree, it is an auto-balanced hierarch structure. Its structure always be complete during changing without help from human being. It is a challenge for making dynamic interactive contents on internet, timetree is borned for it. We have tried timeline before, now it is the turn of timetree.

We present a method called TIMEMACHINE to generate a timeline of events and relations for entities in a knowledge base. For example for an actor, such a timeline should show the most important professional and personal milestones and relationships such as works, awards, collaborations, and family relationships. We develop three orthogonal timeline quality criteria that an ideal timeline should satisfy: (1) it shows events that are relevant to the entity; (2) it shows events that are temporally diverse, so they distribute along the time axis, avoiding visual crowding and allowing for easy user interaction, such as zooming in and out; and (3) it shows events that are content diverse, so they contain many different types of events (e.g., for an actor, it should show movies and marriages and awards, not just movies). We present an algorithm to generate such timelines for a given time period and screen size, based on submodular optimization and web-co-occurrence statistics with provable performance guarantees. A series of user studies using Mechanical Turk shows that all three quality criteria are crucial to produce quality timelines and that our algorithm significantly outperforms various baseline and state-of-the-art methods.

Yсиливaется их ориентaция нa индивидyaльные потребности и возможности обyчaющихся. В связи с этим повышaются требовaния к кaчествy обрaзовaния, возрaстaет знaчение стрyктyрно-фyнкционaльного рaзвития этой сферы нa основе взaимодействия с обществом. В стaтье рaскрывaется знaчение понятий «пaртнерство», «социaльное пaртнерство», «социaльное пaртнерство в обрaзовaнии», рaссмaтривaется процесс их стaновления и рaзвития, описывaются рyко- водящие принципы и эффективные способы использовaния потенциaлa социaльных пaртнеров в подготовке педaгогических кaдров в высших yчебных зaведениях. Education is the basis of the economic development of society, one of the factors of social stability, a source of spiritual and moral potential and intellectual growth of people and has always been considered an irreplaceable value. And at the present time, when the solution of the problem of the formation and development of human capital is considered as the main task, the educational needs of people are growing, the number of people wishing to receive higher, secondary, special, professional additional education is increasing. In response to this, the branching of educational organizations is increasing, the number of educational organizations of various types is increasing, the infrastructure of education, forms of management, methodological and scientific activities are developing. Their focus on the individual needs and capabilities of students is increasing. In this regard, the requirements for the quality of education are increasing, the importance of the structural and functional development of this sphere on the basis of interaction with society is increasing. The article reveals the meaning of the concepts of "partnership", "social partnership", "social partnership in education", examines the process of their formation and development, describes the guidelines and effective ways to use the potential of social partners in the training of teachers in higher educational institutions. Timeline-based editing provides users an intuitive and friendly way of multimedia authoring, but the schedule-based and deterministic property of the timeline results in a lack of ability to support non-deterministic temporal behavior, which is one of the key features of SMIL2.0. This paper presents the efforts to support non-deterministic temporal behavior by timeline-based editing. The concept of dividable dynamic timeline (DDT) is proposed in the paper, which includes two novel features: dividable timeline and dynamic section. With DDTL, authors can create interactive multimedia presentations while enjoying the convenience of the timeline. Mechanisms for converting from DDTL editing results to SMTL2.0 are also presented in the paper
