    This study was conducted to assess the effects of phase feeding on growth performance of broiler chicks.The experimental work consisted of a 7-week trial feeding, in which three different feeding programme.Three experimental diets formulated to contain different levels of metabolizable energy (ME) and crude protein (CP); namely a broiler starter diet containing approximately 3072 Kcal ME/kg and 23.9% crude protein, a grower diet containing 3118 Kcal ME/Kg and 21.8% crude protein, and a finisher diet containing 3200 Kcal ME/kg and 18% crude protein.The results diets not reveal any significant differences in productive parameters, but indicated marked trends in differences among the experimental treatment.These differences showed that the highest feed consumption and live weight gain were attained by the group of birds fed the starter diet throughout the experimental period.The starter diet followed by the finisher diet for four weeks resulted in the lowest total feed consumption, reasonably high body weight gain, lowest feed conversion ratio and highest dressing percentage.It can, however, be considered under the conditions of the present experiment that the three experimental feeding programmes supported similar productive performance of broiler, indicating a slight economic advantage of feeding the starter diet followed by the finisher diet.

    Today, in the context of increasing demand for high quality agricultural products, it is very important to increase the productivity of poultry through the use of environmentally friendly feed products. The purpose of this study was to study the effect of active coal feed additive (AUCD) when applied in a dosage of 0.1% by weight of compound feed on gains in live weight and basic biochemical parameters of blood serum of broiler chickens of the Cobb-500 cross. (corrected some inaccuracy in the wording) AUKD was first used for feeding broiler chickens of the "Cobb-500" cross in the Krasnodar Territory in the summer. Setting up and conducting the experiment was carried out according to the methodology of scientific and industrial research on feeding poultry. The live weight of broiler chickens that consumed 0.1% of active coal feed additive by weight of compound feed significantly increased by 4.2% (p <0.01). As a result of the study, it was found that feeding AUCD to broiler chickens does not have a negative effect on the biochemical composition of blood serum.
    A study of the effectiveness of the use of feed additive Liaform in relation to its effect on the growth and development of broiler chickens. For research, 2 groups of broiler chickens of 55 heads (control and experimental) from 8 days of age were formed on the principle of analogues. Feeding of the control group was carried out with standard complete feed. Feeding of the experimental group was carried out with standard complete feed, in which the feed additive Liaform was added at the rate of 2 g / kg. During the experiment, the general condition of the bird, the safety of the bird, zootechnical and hematological parameters were monitored. It is established that the studied feed additive has a positive effect on the productivity of broiler chickens, improves feed absorption. As a result of the use of feed additive Liaform live weight of broiler chickens in the experimental group was 4.3 % higher compared to the control. The average daily gain of chickens in the experimental group exceeded this figure of chickens in the control group by 4,1 %. The use of feed additives helped to increase feed conversion. The use of Liaform feed increased the protein level in poultry meat
