Abstract:
✓ A massive left intracerebral hematoma was surgically evacuated from a 2-week-old infant. Pathological examination showed that the hemorrhage had developed within a fibrillary astrocytoma. Neonatal intracerebral hemorrhage should raise the question of congenital tumor because such a hemorrhage in this age group is rarely the result of trauma, bleeding diathesis, or vascular malformation. Keywords:

Objective To make full use of compositive diathesis evaluation, the dynamic progress effectiveness of undergraduates with different genders was calculated. Methods Based on Data Envelopment Analysis,we defined the ratio of actual output divided by ideal value asprogress effectivenessto truly reflect the diatheses developments of undergraduates. Results The progress effectiveness in both male undergraduates and females was about 0.82 in 2011,September and there was no statistical significance between them(F = 2.293,P = 0.130).In the sub-diatheses,the progress effectiveness of the males were higher than those of the females in scientific and culture diathesis, corporeity diathesis and basic ability diathesis(F= 6.742,16.936,6.607, P0.05).The progress effectiveness in both male undergraduates and females was higher than 0.92 in 2012,May and those of females were all higher than those of the males in compositive diathesis and the sub-diatheses(F = 20.407,17.861,19.586,17. 937,18.511,10.324,24.571,P 0.05).Conclusion Progress Effectiveness of Compositive Diathesis of Undergraduates was a continuous dynamic course. At first scientific and culture diathesis, corporeity diathesis and basic ability diathesis of the males promote more, and later all the diatheses of the females boost more.

Hemorrhagic diathesis is a collective term. It includes hemophilia, Verlhof's disease, Schnlein-Henoch's disease and scorbutus. Bleeding is something common that unites these diseases, different in their clinical manifestations and, undoubtedly, in their pathogenesis. It is true that due to the development of the teaching of vitamins, scorbutus has fallen out of the purview of hematologists and is now closely related to problems of nutrition. Nevertheless, every clinical case of bleeding, especially accompanied by bleeding gums and spontaneous bruising, always makes the clinician first of all exclude scorbutus and then focus his attention on other forms of hemorrhagic diathesis.

Information diathesis is one of the basic diathesis that modern society people should have, while teachers , who are shouldering the training of talents in new era, should have this diathesis especially. This paper analyzed the importance of strengthening information diathesis for LiangKe teachers and put forward strategy and ways for how to improve their information diathesis.

Bleeding diathesis as a cause of menorrhagia should not be overlooked at any age even in the perimenopausal woman. Three cases have been presented, wherein bleeding diathesis was the cause of menorrhagia. Two of these patients had acute myeloid leukaemia and the third had immunothrombocytopaenic purpura. A noteworthy point of this series is that one patient was in her teens, the second in the peak reproductive age group and the third in the perimenopausal age.

The author tested the blood of 79 children with various manifestations of exudative diathesis, mainly from 3 months to 1 year of age, for eosinophilia. An elevated percentage of eosinophils was found in 65.8% of all these children.

Scientific Research Question: Inherited platelet disorders (IPD) comprise rare and heterogeneous disorders that are found in about eight percent of patients with non-acquired bleeding diathesis. Identification of the underlying defective cellular mechanism is an important criterion for stratifying the patient's individual risk profile and for choosing personalised therapeutic options. In this study, we aimed to identify molecular diagnoses in a cohort of patients with suspected, but so far genetically undefined IPD by using high-throughput sequencing techniques.

✓ Two patients with a history of progressive unilateral neurological symptoms and signs, and evidence of obstructive hydrocephalus from a mass lesion adjacent to the third ventricle as demonstrated by pneumography, were each found to have an intracerebral hematoma secondary to remote hemorrhage from a small vascular malformation. One patient died shortly after surgical exploration and the other after ventriculography. The pathophysiology of hydrocephalus associated with a vascular malformation is discussed and the need for considering a benign cause for obstructive hydrocephalus from a mass deep in the brain substance is emphasized.

Introduction: Dengue fever is a mosquito-borne viral disease caused by dengue virus (DENV) - a single stranded RNA virus, belongs to the genus Flavivirus. Objective: To determine the frequency of bleeding diathesis amongst patients presenting with dengue fever in tertiary care hospital Methodology: This study was descriptive cross-sectional piloted at the Medicine Department, Hayatabad Medical Complex, Peshawar for duration of six months from June 2021 to December 2021. Totally 135 patients were included in our study. All the information like gender, age, sign and symptoms and bleeding diathesis were recorded on predesigned Performa. All the data was analyzed by using SPSS version 24. Results: In this study, a total of 135 patients were included. Amongst 135, 90(66.7%) were males and female were 45(33.3%). Bleeding Diathesis among 135 patients was observed in 47(34.8%) patients. Conclusion: Our study concludes that bleeding diathesis commonly occur in dengue patients. As a result, screening for coagulation abnormalities and treating them early may assist to prevent additional consequences in dengue patients. Keywords: Bleeding; Diathesis, Dengue fever
