The South African obsession - and shame : letters to the editor

With reference to the paper by Ayo-Yusuf, Lalloo and Johnson entitled "Trends and ethnic disparities in oral and oropharyngeal cancers in South Africa, 1992-2001" (SADJ 2013; 68:168-173), we would suggest that the publication of papers of this nature is no longer acceptable, is shamefully inappropriate, and that it should be withdrawn.
