Use of Internet Technology in Athletics Teaching

The development of information technology points out the next direction for educational innovation. From the perspective of systematic teaching, the popularity of the Internet poses a greater challenge to teachers, and provides support for the transformation of teachers' teaching methods. This paper designed micro-course materials for two groups of students selected by a university in This city and took the back-flop high jump as the teaching content. After the experiment, thvve data from the teaching experiment and the survey were sorted out, and the research results were as follows: The independent sample T test showed that the P value of the high jump performance of the experimental class and the control class was 0.024, less than 0.05, with a significant difference. The teaching design of micro-course for high jump has achieved the expected teaching effect and promoted the development of related physical qualities.
