Flexible assembly fixture

The invention relates to a flexible assembly frock, which is a frock for assembling structural parts of an aircraft. The flexible assembly frock is characterized by consisting of a spliced assembly frame, a driving and revolving mechanism, automatic drilling equipment and a pneumatic positioning and clamping mechanism, wherein the spliced assembly frame is arranged on the driving and revolving mechanism; the automatic drilling equipment is arranged on the ground; the pneumatic positioning and clamping mechanism is arranged on both sides of the spliced assembly frame; the spliced assembly frame consists of long-slot three-dimensional profile steels, 45 DEG slotted three-dimensional profile steels, short-slot three-dimensional profile steels, a positioner, a pneumatic clamper, a clamping plate, chute three-dimensional profile steels, a positioning shaft and hand wheels; the driving and revolving mechanism consists of a baffle plate, a bearing I, a base, a bearing II, a rotating shaft, a connecting plate, a fork, a driving wheel, a driving motor and a circular guide rail; the automatic drilling equipment consists of a pedestal, a horizontal guide rail, an operating board, a working platform, a five-shaft working head, an upright post and a vertical guide rail; and the pneumatic positioning and clamping mechanism consists of a support, a positioning cylinder, a positioning pin, a pressure plate and a clamping cylinder. The flexible assembly frock has the advantage of reconfigurability.
