The effects of concentration of vein transfusion dopamine on skin of newborn

Objective: To study the adverse effects of different fluid concentration dopamine on newborns'skin when who have accepted vein transfusion.To provide proper suggestion for clinical application.Methods: 57 newborns who had lived in the intensive care unit were divided into A group(20 cases),B group(20 cases) and C group(17cases) according to their clinical adscription.0.1‰ dopamine,0.075‰ dopamine and 0.05‰ dopamine were used in these 3 groups respectively,and then the adverse effects of newborns'skin were observed.Results: The incidence rate of serious adverse effects of newborns'skin in the A,B and C group was 30%,5% and 0 rospectively.In general,the incidence rate of adverse effects in A group was significant higher than that of in B and C group,and the incidence rate of adverse effects in B group was significant higher than that of in C group.Conclusion: 0.05‰ dopamine for vein transfusion is proper for newborns who have in the intensive care unit,which can guarantee the safety for them.
