Стратегии поведения бразильских корпораций: от использования знаний к роли координатора инновационной сети

The paper considers the macro parameters of innovation activity in the BRICS countries. The article determines the strategy of transnational corporation’s behavior in the field of creation and a transfer of new knowledge. It means that the drivers of these processes are the companies of the developed countries (the USA, Europe and Japan). The reason for this is that knowledge "is in a special way coded" that is the participants of its exchange have to be in similar intellectual space; therefore, there is a transfer of the intellectual capital, which created and has been saved up in the home countries of transnational corporations, to their divisions in developing countries. Nevertheless, the market-leading Brazilian corporations take part in the world knowledge-creation chains, build own networks, satisfy the branches needs in regard to technological decisions and personnel training.
