Analysis and Forecast of Ecological Economic System of Beef Cattle Industry of Pingliang City

【Objective】 The aim was to improve and optimize the ecology economical system structure of beef cattle industry in Pingliang city,coordinate and rationalize the systematic relationship,improve the function and benefit of the system,and to promote the system to maintain sustained,stable,harmonious and efficient development.【Method】 By the system analysis and thermodynamics rule,the structure and function of the system were described and analyzed.【Result】 From the point of system control,beef cattle industry system should be built around Pingliang industrial resources allocation,reasonable control industry elements(environment,structure,technology,input),releasing the beef cattle industry inner vigor and forming a integration of culturing,breeding and processing with multi structure,multi function,and multi way model of economic development.【Conclusion】 According the system current to prospect the future development trends,a final system would achieve which had the virtuous circle of production,ecological,economic and social benefits and the sustainable development.
