Emission time of the low energy fission neutrons of 252 californium

The fission neutron spectrum of californium-252 is shown in terms of flight time. The previous detected low energy range delayed-neutron effect was not found. It is concluded that the previous effect was due to the inadequate time resolution and the influence of scattered neutrons. (JFP)
