Currently in the clinic of internal diseases are not uncommon polymorbidity of various diseases and, therefore, simultaneous prescribing of several drugs by the doctors of various specialties that can cause and exacerbate the development of side effects. This article presents the cases of lung disease in three patients receiving amiodarone, suffering from persistent atrial fibrillation. Were analyzed the clinical picture, the dynamics of laboratory and instrumental methods of examination, on the basis of which the patients were diagnosed with exogenous allergic alveolitis of drug etiology ("amiodarone lung").
