The expression and meaning of CDK 4 and Ki-67 in human endometrium cancer

Objective:To investigate the expression and meaning of proliferating cell antigen Ki-67 and cycling dependent kinase (CDK) 4 in human endometrium cancer.Methods:Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of Ki-67 and CDK 4 in 44 cases of endometrium cancer.Results:The positive rates of Ki-67 were 54.54% and which were positive correlation with the stages ,deepness of soakage and transfer of lymph in endometrium cancer (P0.05). The positive rates of CDK 4 were 61.36% and which were positive correlation with deepness of soakage and clinic stages in endometrium cancer (P0.05) .Conclusion:The abnormal expression of Ki-67 and CDK 4 are maybe take important part in endometrium cancer, furthermore, which will be clinical guideline to estimate the grade of malignant tumor and prognosis.
