Manufacturing method of aluminium alloy piston

A technology for making Al-alloy piston with high antiwear and anticorrosion performance includes such steps as providing a cylindrical cast Al-alloy ingot containing proportionally Si, Fe, Cu, Mn, Mg, Ni, Zn, Cr, Ti and Al, heating to 450-470 deg.C, squeezing, cutting short, free forging, die forging, quenching and ageing twice.
