The invention discloses a zinc-nickel battery negative electrode sheet and a preparation method thereof as well as a zinc-nickel battery using the negative electrode sheet. The technical scheme of the invention has the key points as follows: the zinc-nickel battery negative electrode sheet is prepared by adopting a continuous double-surface sizing process and the thicknesses of the negative electrode sheet are in graded distribution, wherein the thickness of the battery negative electrode sheet in an area with a relatively high reaction efficiency is 0.31-0.38mm, the thickness of the battery negative electrode sheet in an area with a relatively low reaction efficiency namely a contact part between the battery negative electrode sheet and a battery steel shell is 0.24-0.28mm, and the connection part of the battery negative electrode sheets of the two areas is in circular arc transition. The invention also discloses the preparation method of the zinc-nickel battery negative electrode sheet and the zinc-nickel battery using the negative electrode sheet. According to the invention, by reducing the dosage of active substances at the tail part of the battery negative electrode sheet, the inner space of the battery can be improved and the internal pressure of the battery can be reduced to facilitate the increase and maintenance of electrolyte, so that the cycle life of the battery is obviously prolonged.
