Organizational behavior management researchers examine people's behavior primarily in their organizational maps. Startups may be small businesses, but they can play an important role in economic growth. They create more jobs, which means more employment, and more employment means an improved economy. Startups can also contribute to economic dynamism by stimulating innovation and injecting competition. One of the main goals of organizational behavior management is to revive organizational theory and develop the conceptualization of organizational life. In the definition of organizational behavior, in simple terms, it should be said that in fact, organizational behavior examines how people interact within an organization. The simple definition of organizational behavior does not have the interpretation that it seems a simple subject and we can look at it with simplification. The fact is since organizational behavior is supposed to examine human interaction, it happens to be very complex, and sometimes it becomes impossible to analyze certain behaviors as people behave differently in different places and different cultures. Organizational behavior involves the study of human behavior in the organization and is the application of psychology in the workplace or any organization. In general, the actions and attitudes of individuals and groups towards each other and the organization and its impact on their performance and the performance of the organization are called organizational behavior.
