22.4L: Late‐News Paper: Under 0.05% Reflectance Optical Devices Using Improved Motheye Anti‐Reflection Structure

We designed an anti-reflection sub-wavelength structure for optical devices with under 0.05% residual reflectance. The 0.04% minimum reflectance was achieved with this improved structure, which is suitable for optical disk mastering methods, and performance results agreed well with simulation results. This design could be applied to the mass production of low glare displays.
