Flexibility Assessment Considering The Network Dispatchability of Flexible Capacity

With the increase in the proportion of renewable energy, the volatility and uncertainty of the net load have increased, and flexibility has gradually gained attention. A reasonable assessment of system flexibility is urgently needed to ensure that there is sufficient flexibility to respond to changes in net load. This paper proposes an evaluation indicator for judging the adequacy of flexible resource allocation, taking into account the impact of the flexible resource spatial scheduling characteristics, and validating the validity of the indicator through an example.
