High Intensity Neutron Sources

Performances of high intensity neutron sources in the thermal, resonance, and fast (14 MeV) ranges are surveyed. Facilities proposed and under discussion as well as those now operating are covered in order to obtain a broad perspective. Limitations to3 and possibilities for, future advances are indicated.
