Effect of different ecological condition on trichome density of flue-cured tobacco leaves.

2010
The soil replacement test of planting flue-cured tobacco was conducted in Kaiyang,Weining and Tianzhu counties to study the effect of different ecological condition on trichome density of flue-cured tobacco and provide relative theoretical basis for regional cultivation of flue-cured tobacco. Results showed that the highest average leaf trichome density of flue-cured tobacco planted in the yellow soil from medium elevation was Weining site, followed by Tianzhu site and Kaiyang site and there was great difference in average leaf trichome density among three different positions in Kaiyang site. There was no obvious difference in average leaf trichome density of flue-cured tobacco planted in the yellow brown soil from high elevation among three sites and the average leaf trichome density of flue-cured tobacco in Kaiyang site was slightly higher than that in Weining site. There was obvious difference in average leaf trichome density of flue-cured tobacco planted on the yellow soil from low elevation among three sites and the average leaf trichome density of flue-cured tobacco in Kaiyang site was obviously higher than that in Tianzhu site.
