Study on Present Talent Training Problems of Tourism Industries in Yunnan and Its Solution

Based on the analyses of talent requirement condition and present problems of tourism development in Yunnan, the author suggests the education be further concentrated on. Also, profession training should be strengthened for promoting the quality of talents of tourism industries.
