Device for assembling motor having inductors magnetized magnets on a permanent basis

2001
This invention relates to an assembly device for permanent magnet inductor motor comprising: a generally cylindrical stator frame (10), permanent magnets inductors attached to the inner cylindrical surface of the stator frame (10) and a rotor ( 20) whose shaft is supported by the paired front and rear shaft support secured to the stator frame (10); the assembling work is made simple and easy while preventing the rotor from coming into contact with the permanent magnets (12) even when the rotor (20) is assembled to the stator after the magnetization of the permanent magnets (12) of stator.A jig is provided for assembling and holding one end of a rotor (20) on a support, a rotor carrier (66) smaller than the inner diameter of the stator and keep the other end of the rotor (20) alignment with the rotor axis, and a stator frame support.
