Methodical approaches to integrated assessment of the effectiveness of spa treatments and an algorithm for their practical application in the analysis of the sanatoriums are presents. The developed approaches are applied in the evaluation of a multi-resort "Livadia" PT RT for five years. The study of quality of life of patients showed that the total measurement of health on admission to the sanatorium was 61,8 points, at discharge – 79,7 points. Remission of the disease after sanatorium treatment of patients experienced an average of 7,3 months. Average, patients exhibited the quality of the sanatoriums, was 4,35 points and ranged from 4,0 points (the organization of cultural events) to 4,72 points (qualifications of medical staff). Тhе analyzed period is characterized by an increase of 21,4% of the value of the integral indicator of the impact of the sanatoriums.
