Трибологічний аналіз системи «друкарська форма глибокого методу друку—відбиток»

Trends in the development of gravure printing, in particular, on flexible packaging (the most commonly used printing methods, consumables, types and structure of printing plates, form equipment) are considered. A tribological analysis of the printing contact zone was performed and a model of interaction of the main tribotechnical elements of the ‘Printing form—imprint’ system was developed. The factors influencing the circulation stability of form plates of gravure printing are highlighted and their classification is developed. The degree of influence of wear of the printing form on the quality of printing (quality of electroplating in the manufacture of form plates, printing and operational characteristics of printing inks, printed material, squeegee, mode parameters of the form and printing process). Classification schemes of printing plates, form equipment of gravure printing, algorithm of optimal process of printing plates production with use of laser engraving are developed.
