Numerical analysis of amplification effect of blasting vibration during shallow-buried urban tunnel excavation

2011
Due to there is still no unified final conclusion on the accurate selection of the amplification coefficient of blasting vibration. This paper analyzed the changing feature of the blasting vibration amplification effect by taking a shallow-buried tunnel excavation as the research object using finite element program ANSYS/LS-DYNA. The results indicate that the coefficient of blasting vibration amplification effect is related to ratio R/S. Combining with the field conditions the blasting vibration attenuation law considering the amplification effect was obtained at last. The result of the study was used to optimize the support parameters and provide guidance for construction. It is observed that numerical simulation results, on the whole, agree well with those of the field tests. It has some practical significance to the forecast of vibration effect and the theoretical study on amplification effect of vibration for blasting project under complicated condition of city.
