In the method, a GPS (Global Position System) accessory receiving circuit, a GPS accessory Bluetooth circuit, an MCU (Micro-programmed Control Unit) circuit, a watch Bluetooth circuit and a display circuit are mainly utilized. The GPS accessory receiving circuit is used for transmitting received GPS signals to the GPS accessory Bluetooth circuit; the MCU circuit immediately communicates with the watch Bluetooth circuit; the watch Bluetooth circuit is used for receiving GPS data of the GPS accessory Bluetooth circuit and transmitting and outputting the GPS data to the MCU circuit for reading; and the MCU circuit transmits data, such as a speed and the like, to the display circuit to display. The method provided by the invention has the advantages of simple structure, simplicity and convenience in operation, functions of heartbeat measurement, GPS positioning and Bluetooth transmission, and ultralow power consumption.
