The invention relates to a system for improving interlocking command safety in a message interaction manner. The system comprises an interlocking lower computer IPS and an interlocking manipulator MMI; the interlocking lower computer IPS is connected with the interlocking manipulator MMI by use of a network; the interlocking manipulator MMI firstly sends a request message with a control command to the interlocking lower computer IPS; the interlocking lower computer IPS checks the correctness of the request message by use of CRC, and feeds back a response message with SRHour after checking the validity of the hostID and the control command; the interlocking manipulator MMI receives the response message and then packages a confirmation message and sends the confirmation message to the interlocking lower computer IPS. Compared with the prior art, the system has the advantages of guaranteeing that the interlocking control command can be performed safely and accurately and the like by virtue of multiple message interaction, message CRC protection and a timeout judgment mechanism.
