By adopting the above technical scheme, fire -retardant layer, heat -seal layer and antistatic backing have high fire behaviour, excellent insulating property, all have good barrier properties to water, gas etc. And antistatic properties is good, adhesive phase and setting up rationally from the type layer leaves the type layer and can peel off convenient to use.
