Present Situation and Development of Plant Educational Function of Beijng Botanical Garden

Based on the investigation of interpretation system in Beijing Botanical Garden,existing problems were analyzed from five point;the number of educational interpretive panels was inadequate,the interpretation of environmental education was insufficient,the concern of the Chinese traditional famous flowers was not enough,lack of situation invironment existed in the set of interpretive panels,and too many kinds of interpretive panels demonstrated the lack of uniform design.The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions aiming at how to improve the scientific knowledge popularization function of Beijing Garden were put forward.
