체육고등학교 선수들의 완벽주의 성향과 스포츠 자신감의 관계에서 운동 몰입의 매개효과

This study was processed for verification of the effect of perfectionism on Sport confidence in physical education high school players and investigation of mediating effect on exercise commitment. The data were collected in the S, and K high school 302 players with purposive sampling of nonprobability sampling. The collected data were analysed with PASW 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 for confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, and structure equation analysis. First of all, perfectionism of the players had positive effect on Sport confidence. Secondly, perfectionism of the players had positive effect on exercise commitment, and exercise commitment had positively affect Sport confidence. Lastly, exercise commitment of the players fully mediated the relationship between perfectionism and Sport confidence.
