Pengaruh Ekstrak Daun Kelor Terhadap Pertumbuhan Radikula Kelapa (Cocos Nuceifera L) Pada Media Kultur Jaringan Y3 Skripsi

This research is about coconut embryo culture. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of coconut embryos on the addition of Moringa leaf extract to stimulate root growth. Completely Randomized Design (CRD) non-factorial consisting of 5 concentrations of Moringa leaf extract K1 (5 ml/l), K2 (7.5 ml/l), K3 (10 ml/l), K4 (12.5 ml/l ) and K5 (10 ppm IAA) were used in this study. Five treatments performed on the first subculture of coconut embryos gave no significant effect on the growth of coconut plantlet roots on Y3 media that had been cultured.
