Zinc alloy die casting surface treatment method

The invention discloses a zinc alloy die casting surface treatment method, which comprises the steps of: (1) removing wax from a zinc alloy die casting blank; (2) washing the dewaxed zinc alloy die casting; (3) soaking the washed zinc alloy die casting in an oil removing agent solution to remove surface grease; (4) washing the degreased zinc alloy die casting obtained in the last step; (5) soaking the washed zinc alloy die casting in a sulfuric acid solution to conduct activation; (6) washing the activated zinc alloy die casting from the last step; (7) soaking the well washed zinc alloy die casting from the last step in a cyanide-free solution so as to obtain an alloy layer; (8) washing the alloyed zinc alloy die casting; and (9) conducting subsequent electroplating or chemical plating. According to the technological method provided by the invention, the solution used in cyanide-free chemical alloy treatment does not contain cyanide, power and heating are both unnecessary, the operation is simple, and the finally formed alloy layer is compact.
