MTT Study on the Response of Human Leukemic Cell to Traditional Chinese Recipes of Huangqi

Objective:To determine the sensitivity of Leukemic Cell to the three different concentrations of tranditional medicine fomular of Huangqi by MTT assay.Methods:Peripheral marrow mononuclear cells(BMMC)from human leukemic bone marrow by Ficoll.To determine the sensitivity of Leukemic Cell to the three different concentrations of tranditional medicine fomular of Huangqi by MTT assay.Results:1g/mL concentration of the liquid and 0.5g/mL,1.5g/mL liquid differences were statistically significant comparison(P0.05).There was no significant difference between the 0.5g/mL and the 1.5g/mL.Conclusion:The effects of the liguid on the human leukemia cells in vitro growth inhibition were non-propor tional to the concentration of drug.
