Field demonstration of 10 Gbit/s transmission over a 37 ps PMD cable using electronic mitigation

We demonstrate the transmission at 10.7 Gbit/s over a high PMD link of 37 ps. The MLSE robustness allows transmission with sufficient operational margin and copes with the link polarization fluctuations.
