The utility model is characterized in that: the all-solid-state raman frequency-doubled yellow laser adopts a linear cavity; and a semiconductor laser end-pumped system, a self-raman laser crystal, a Q-switched device, a nonlinear optical crystal and an output cavity lens are arranged on an optical path sequentially. By designing a light passing end film system of the self-raman laser crystal, the yellow laser has simple structure and frequency-doubled yellow laser are unidirectionally output so as to realize the raman frequency-doubled yellow laser output with high efficiency and good beam quality.
