Rawhide processing process applied to the field of shoemaking

2013
The invention discloses a rawhide processing process applied to the field of shoemaking. The rawhide processing process comprises the following steps of: (a) cutting rawhide to be processed; (b) uniformly coating an ironing auxiliary agent on the surface of the cut rawhide; (c) ironing the rawhide coated with the ironing auxiliary agent so that the pores of the rawhide are smooth and flat; (d) uniformly coloring the surface of the rawhide which is ironed to be smooth, and then drying; and (e) coating fine wax on the surface of the rawhide which is colored, and then polishing. The rawhide processing process disclosed by the invention enhances the glossiness of the processed rawhide and prolongs the service life of the processed rawhide by optimizing the process parameters in the processingprocess of the rawhide.
