Thoracic Neuroblastoma Presented with Chronic Cough: Report of One Case

2003
Chronic cough may be induced by pneumonia, gastroesophageal reflux, asthma, TB or lung neoplasms etc. Here we report a 4-year-old boy with chronic cough for nearly 2 months. Chest roentgenogram revealed a huge mediastinal mass. Neuroblastoma was proved by the pathology of open lung biopsy. In a patient with chronic cough, chest roentgenogram is indicated if there is no improvement after medical treatment.
