The external power source is connected with the lamp body. The lamp body comprises an outer ring, a middle ring, a radiator, an aluminum baseplate, an LED lamp, a lens, a light reflecting cup and an inner ring. The radiator, the aluminum baseplate, the LED lamp, the lens, the light reflecting cup and the inner ring are connected with one another. The lens covers the LED lamp, and the bottom of the lens is abutted against the top of the light reflecting cup, so that light from the lens is irradiated to objects after being reflected by a light reflecting layer of the light reflecting cup, and dazzling can be prevented; the inner ring is hinged to the middle ring, the middle ring is hinged to the outer ring, and a connecting line of hinge points of the inner ring and the middle ring and a connecting line of hinge points of the middle ring and the outer ring cross each other vertically, so that the intelligent anti-dazzling radar-sensing LED ceiling lamp can rotate by 360 degrees; the radar sensing device connected with the power source comprises a microwave sensor and a microprocessor connected with the output end of the microwave sensor, the microwave sensor detects movement of human bodies, vehicles and the like within a range, and the microprocessor intelligently controls on-off of the LED lamp according to movement information.
