Radiation therapy device with an X-ray imaging apparatus having an elongated detector training

The invention relates to a radiation therapy device having an imaging device for fluoroscopy of an object with X-rays. One aspect of the invention, one or more extended kV radiation sources (3, 4), two detectors (5, 6) and the associated image reconstruction. The two X-ray or kV radiation sources (3, 4) are perpendicular to the detector (5, 6). According to the invention the at least one extended radiation source is in one embodiment in the direct vicinity of the MV-source.
