Cuidados de enfermagem no perioperatório de Transplante de Células-Tronco Hematopoiéticas

Objective: To analyze the scientific production on perioperative nursing care of hematopoietic stem cell transplants. Methods: Bibliographic, descriptive, integrative review study. Data were searched from February to March 2019 in the Latin American and Caribbean Health Sciences Database, Nursing Database and International Literature in Health Sciences, published from 2010 to 2019. Data analysis was performed by Bardin Content Analysis. Results: The sample was divided into fourteen articles for analysis divided into three thematic categories: elementary care, technical care and related care. The importance of nursing care to patients in perioperative hematopoietic stem cells was shown. It is known that hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) treatment is quite complex and therefore requires specialized nursing care by a nursing professional who does it responsibly, competently and with technical-scientific knowledge. Final considerations: It is concluded that this study allows reflections on how to select and implement strategies to be developed by nurses, providing knowledge of the techniques used to improve perioperative care to patients on hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
