Hybrid Probabilistic-Geometric Shaping in DP-NFDM Systems

We introduce constellation shaping into a nonlinear frequency division multiplexing system for performance improvement. The numerical results show that probabilistic and geometric shaped QAM lead to higher mutual information and further transmission distance.
