Putting Theory into Practice: How Can We Better Support Practitioners Returning To Education? More and more practitioners are finding themselves back in education after a long break, or without previous academic experience. This session looks at experience based approaches to supporting those practitioners. Issues under discussion will include inductions, reading lists, balancing academic skills and improving confidence. This interactive workshop will be delivered by members of the Libraries for Nursing Committee, from both the NHS and Higher Education backgrounds
